BPI group, founded in 1984, is a leading global management and HR consulting firm operating in forty countries with over 2,000 employees worldwide. Our philosophy is based on our conviction that when organizations are challenged by people issues, one-size-fits-all solutions are never sustainable. Over the past two decades, we have expanded through several strategic acquisitions of companies whose models and philosophy align with that of our founders.

| 2003 | BPI group branches into the UK, buys a stake in Humblot-Grant Alexander, a recruitment/search firm |
| 2004 | BPI group buys Bernard Brunhes Consultants and its international divisions BPI group Poland, BPI group Romania and Bernard Brunhes International |
