1984: Bernard Paoli establishes BPI group
1988: BPI group buys MEDIATOR
1989: BPI group Spain
1993: BPI group Switzerland
1994: BPI group Germany
1995: BPI group joins OI Partners, the world's leading network of career management consultants
1997: BPI group buys LEROY Consultants and stakes in Arnava & Ad hominem
1997: BPI group Brasil
1998: BPI group Morocco
2001: BPI group buys Arcocreade, a leading Spanish HR consultant
2002: Mederic acquires a stake in BPI group
2003: BPI group branches into the UK, buys a stake in Humblot-Grant Alexander (headhunters, recruitment)
2004 :BPI group buys Bernard Brunhes Consultants and its international divisions BPI group Polska, BPI group Romania and Bernard Brunhes International
2005: BPI group buys Promos Consulting (renamed BPI group Italia
2007: BPI group buys SSP (renamed BPI group US Partners)
2008: BPI group Belgium and BPI group Russia
2009: Von Rundstedt HR partners (Germany), MPS (Scandinavia) and Verity Filion (Canada) join the BPI group.
The BPI group now counts 2 000 employees worldwide.

BPI group was established in 1984. It was the answer to our firm conviction that when human issues are on the line in the corporate world, one-size-fits-all solutions will never be viable or last. On the contrary: only a trailblazing approach, wholehearted dedication and respect for people as individuals will work. We saw our duty as building and supporting change in each person’s position. We still do.
