Story

BPI was founded in 1984 and is the leading European consulting group in management and human resources.


1984 : Bernard Paoli creates BPI

1988 : Acquisition of MEDIATOR

1989 : Creation of BPI Spain

1993 : Creation of BPI Switzerland

1994 : Creation of BPI Germany

1995 : BPI joins OI Partners, the world's largest career consulting partnership

1997 : Acquisition of "LEROY Consultants" and acquisition of shares in "Arnava & Ad hominem"
Creation of BPI Brasil

1998 : Creation of BPI Morocco

2001 : BPI takes over "Arcocreade", Spain leading firm in HR

2002 : "Mederic" purchases an interest in the capital of BPI

2003 : Acquisition of shares in Cedar International (GB) and Humblot-Grant Alexander (executive head-hunting)

2004 : Purchase of "Bernard Brunhes Consultants" and its international subsidiaries: BPI Polska, BPI Romania and Bernard Brunhes International

2005 : Acquisition of shares in Promos Consulting, which became BPI Italia

2007 : Acquisition of shares in SSP – now known as BPI US Partners



When it was created, BPI innovated in driving major restructuring operations by introducing the redeployment of personnel. We chose to take care of people. Those men and women who found themselves unemployed. And then all those men and women upon whom a company's success is founded. We were inventing a profession. Since then, we have continued to help companies and organisations to move forward. We are there, by your side. We are hands-on consultants.

Over the years, your needs have changed, and so has our profession. Today, we are involved in several areas: driving restructuring operations, organisation and performance, employment strategies, support and career development and public policy.
