For a major French bank, BPI group creates assessment centers all over the world to assess candidates in the recruitment phase for high-stakes positions.

After a company in the oil sector decided to close its subsidiary in Geneva, BPI group and its Swiss partner, PDP, helped with the outplacement of the twenty-some employees impacted.

BPI group designed a training, “Communication and Management Fundamentals,” which was tailored to the unique circumstances and needs of this American manufacturing business. The training was then led by BPI group and its partners in 10 European countries in the local languages: Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, France, Netherlands, Poland, Estonia, Czech Republic, Hungary.

A video game company dismissed 130 employees in the Paris region under a voluntary departure plan. Because three-quarters of them were foreign nationals, BPI group worked with them in Paris in English and abroad (8 countries). Employees were assisted regardless of what country and career plan they chose—job search, business creation, or training.

After an international conglomerate purchased this agrifood company, BPI group implemented a program aiming to develop engagement and support for the conglomerate’s values. BPI group designed and led team-building days in the plants in the EMEA region: South Africa, Ukraine, Italy, and France.

PROGRAM FOR SPOUSES
For a multinational in the oil sector, BPI group is working with spouses of employees on geographic mobility to reposition themselves professionally. No matter what the spouse’s background, aspirations (search for paid employment, start a business/self-employment, training, professional integration), or location, the consultants in BPI group’s international network help with the spouse’s professional transition.

The program includes in-person seminars bringing together the cohort and individual coaching in each person’s country. For a French energy company, BPI group enacted an internal mobility plan on a Europe-wide basis. This involved creating, managing, and providing an internal job bank in Europe and assisting employees in France and Belgium with mobility.
